Outlet Retail Crew
Perak
Retail Crew – Job Scope:
Handle customer payments and provide accurate change
Operate cash registers, scanners, scales, and card terminals
Process exchanges and refunds efficiently
Perform cash tally and generate transaction reports when required
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout area and store premises
Assist with stocking and arranging goods on racks
Complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader diligently
Carry out ad-hoc assignments from the Team Leader or Headquarters

Lorry Driver
Perak
Driver – Job Scope:
Possess a valid GDL license
Load and offload goods safely and efficiently
Inspect, clean, and maintain the vehicle regularly
Transport goods from warehouse to outlets within the Ipoh area
Comply with all road regulations and company safety policies
Plan and follow the safest and most efficient delivery routes
Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly

Outlet Team Leader
Perak
Outlet Team Leader
Deliver excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude
Oversee and manage daily outlet operations, including cleanliness, efficiency & ready-for-sales
Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to outlet staff
Conduct daily sales and stock checks
Interview walk-in candidates for outlet crew positions
Monitor staff attendance and discipline
Report maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance team and superiors
Direct and supervise outlet staff to achieve performance objectives
Ensure compliance with outlet health and safety policies
Ensure accurate stock count during opening and closing
Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback
Respond to emergencies or urgent matters, including after hours and public holidays
Complete and submit outlet paperwork in a timely manner
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Area Manager or Headquarters
